MARINADE INGREDIENTS:
* Add All ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Marinate chicken thighs overnight with half (1/2) of the Verde Marinade.
- 1 Orange Juiced
- 1 Lime Juiced
- 1 Bunch Cilantro with stems
- 1 Poblano Pepper (seeds removed)
- 1Garlic Clove
- 1/2 Cup Agave
- 1 White Onion rough chop
- 1 Tblsp. Verde Oil 1
- Tblsp. Kosher Salt

VERDE CHICKEN INSTRUCTIONS

In a large sauce pan add chicken, the remaining marinade & chicken stock.

Cover and bake in 375F preheated oven for two (2) hours.
- Remove cover, baste chicken in pan sauce.
- Bake for additional 15 minutes uncovered
