Verde Chicken (with Marinade)
 

MARINADE INGREDIENTS:

* Add All ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Marinate chicken thighs overnight with half (1/2) of the Verde Marinade. 

  • 1 Orange Juiced
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro with stems
  • 1 Poblano Pepper (seeds removed)
  • 1Garlic Clove
  • 1/2 Cup Agave
  • 1 White Onion rough chop
  • 1 Tblsp. Verde Oil 1
  • Tblsp. Kosher Salt

VERDE CHICKEN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large sauce pan add chicken, the remaining marinade & chicken stock.
  2. Cover and bake in 375F preheated oven for two (2) hours.
  3. Remove cover, baste chicken in pan sauce.
  4. Bake for additional 15 minutes uncovered
