INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tblsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tblsp Honey
- 1/2 Tsp. Oregano
- 1/4 Tblsp. Cumin
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1/2Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
- 1 Clove Garlic

Juice of half an Orange

3/4 Cup Roja Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients except Roja Oil to a blender
- Pulse in blender till smooth-ish
- Slowly drizzle in Roja Oil until fully emulsified
